Jonathan Hennah’s commitment to the provision of a high quality, rounded education for students of all ages started many years ago and remains the same today. As an ex parent of twin girls that attended the College from years 7 to 13, and who are now successfully following their chosen careers, Jonathan was delighted to be invited to become a Governor of the College in 2015. He is currently Chair of the Finance and General Purposes Committee, whose remit is mostly dealing with the ‘ business ‘ affairs of the College. Prior to this, he was Governor of a state school for 15 years and then went on to help and support schools abroad.
Alongside this work, Jonathan’s professional career finished in 2018, when he retired from NatWest Bank after 36 rewarding and successful years, including managing portfolios of SME’s and charity/not for profit organisations. With both a Finance degree and Business qualifications, he is delighted to share both his knowledge and experience as a member of the Board of Governors of St Joseph’s College, for the benefit of all its students and the continued success of the College.
His outside interests include travel, spending time with family, DIY and gardening.
