I have been teaching at St Joseph’s College since September 2017.
I am of English and Portuguese descent but was born in South African where I was educated. I studied Informatics at the University of Pretoria, where I completed my Honours qualification with Distinction. After university I joined Accenture, a multinational consultancy firm, where I specialised in deployment of technology solutions for various government entities.
After several years at Accenture, I decided to take a career change and completed my PGCE at UCL’s Institute of Education, allowing me to teach ICT and Computer Science in schools. I have had the privilege of teaching in different types of schools, from academies in Dagenham (East London), to an independent school in Berkshire.
I am a Christian who enjoys reading and studying the Bible and meeting with other Christians. My wife, daughter and I enjoy travelling to Portugal every year to see family, lounge on the beach, eat francesinhas, natas, bolinhas de bacalhau and drink way too much coffee.
