Anita has run a HR and Strategy Consulting Practice for over 25 years, advising organisations on a wide range of people-related business issues. Her clients include independent schools, charities and commercial companies, both in the UK and internationally, and she has enjoyed a longstanding working relationship with many of these. Anita brings previous experience as a Charity Trustee and a School Adviser.
