Appointment of a Mathematics Teacher for September 2025

St Joseph’s College is seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward thinking teacher from September 2025 to join the Mathematics Department, teaching pupils from Year 7 to 11 (GCSE). A level teaching is available for the right candidate.

The position is part-time (0.5 – 0.7 FTE). Full-time hours may be available for the right candidate. The flexibility to teach science would be desirable.

The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers. Early Career Teachers can undertake their accredited ECT years through the Independent Schools Teacher Induction Panel.

The closing date is 9am on Monday 9 June 2025.

Appointment of a Physics Teacher for September 2025
(or later for the right candidate)

St Joseph’s College is seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward-thinking Physics Teacher to join our Science Department from September 2025.

The successful candidate will teach pupils from years 7 to 13, including GCSE and A Level. The position is full-time, although part-time hours may be available for the right candidate (Minimum 0.5 – 0.6 FTE). Those wishing to be considered for a part-time position, must specify in their covering letter. The flexibility to teach Maths at KS3 or KS4 would be desirable.

The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers who can undertake their accredited ECT years through the Independent Schools Teacher Induction Panel.

The closing date is 9am, Monday 9 June 2025. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt, and we reserve the right to close the vacancy early, so early application is encouraged. Please contact the College if you would like to discuss further or arrange a visit.
