I feel very privileged to be the Head of Leaning Support (SENDCo) at St Joseph’s. I am passionate about ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and able to thrive, regardless of their individual needs.
In my role as SENDCo, I work closely with teachers, support staff, families, and external professionals to identify and remove barriers to learning. My focus is always on the whole child and building on their strengths, celebrating their uniqueness, and providing the right support at the right time so they can flourish both academically and personally.
Our school is deeply committed to the values of support and collaboration, and these guide everything we do in SEND provision. I believe strongly that every pupil deserves to feel safe, understood, and genuinely included in our warm and nurturing school community.
