Annual House Performance Day

13.12.2024

After weeks of planning, rehearsals, and a lot of collaboration, yesterday’s Annual House Performance Day delivered an afternoon packed with creativity, energy, and great performances. The atmosphere was buzzing as all four houses took to the stage.

Richardson kicked things off with a humorous road trip to Amarillo, which took an unexpected turn when the Ghostbusters made an appearance, bringing laughs and excitement to their lively performance. Jennings followed with a stylish Men in Black routine. Their sharp choreography and clever detective storyline set the bar high, earning lots of applause from the crowd.

Dixon impressed with a heartfelt performance that combined singing and signing, showcasing their creativity and inclusivity. The act kept building with some incredible dancing, a surprise appearance by Kevin the shark, and an unforgettable confetti cannon finale that had the audience cheering!

Hummel captured the audience’s hearts with a Shrek-themed adventure, featuring their own creative twist on the iconic All Star song by Smash Mouth. With new lyrics and a reimagined soundtrack, their performance was filled with energy and charm. Their attention to detail and enthusiasm made it a true standout of the day.

The House Performance was filled with teamwork and a strong sense of community, and all the houses should be proud of their efforts. A big congratulations to Hummel, who were crowned winners for their swamp-tastic performance. Jennings took second place, followed by Dixon in third and Richardson in fourth.
